Kawaii Collector allows you to pre-order some items before they become available in store, as we know how how disappointing it can be to miss out on products you want! 

Please read our pre-order policy before placing a pre-order. 

- If your order contains both in stock items as well as pre-order items, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item's release date before dispatching.

- The release date provided is just an estimate, it can occasionally be further delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping delays and supplier shortages. 

- Items marked as available for pre-order will be shipped as soon as stock arrives.

- Please place separate orders unless you are happy to wait.

- If you have placed an order and require separate postage due to a delay or mistake, please contact us to arrange.

- The release date on items is an estimate from our supplier, it can be further delayed. 

-  If an order is severely impacted by a delay, we will inform you and you will have the option for a full refund. 

- If you are interested in purchasing a product through us that we do not currently have in stock, please contact us directly using the contact form here and we will do our best to help you out.
